Is TBC worth playing now?
I want to play TBCC, but is it worth it?
- I really want to play TBC Classic because my favorite version of the Prot Pally is from that xpac, but on my current server (Old Blanchy), it’s basically a ghost town.
- I hear the lvl 58 boost turned a lot of people off too.
- I want to play TBCC, but is it worth it?
The last time I tried leveling a paladin, I realized, I already levelled a paladin (the toon that I’m posting from right now), and I’ve had so many epic memories from leveling this paladin; in fact, he’s the reason why I love the TBC version of prot pallies, because, with this dude, my entire party wiped to the trolls near the double headed godzilla boss in ZFK and this dude managed to solo all of the trolls while my dead teammates cheered me on! That was an awesome memorywould I be tarnishing that epic moment by leveling another pally thru a fairly low pop version of the game? Do people even play TBCC? LFM Advice! 1 Like Yeah, it’s worth playing.
It’s overall more chill than SoM / Vanilla classic. The only thing I’d say is dodging Benediction unless you enjoy being in a cesspit.3 Likes Honestly, I don’t really believe you wanted to play TBCC. If you did, you’d have been playing it since last may. The level 58 boost didn’t turn many people off from playing the game.
It’s kept the game active and full of people. Had they not implemented the level 58 boost, a lot less people would be playing the game now. The biggest obstacle games like TBCC face is getting new players to play the game. The level 58 boost is a perfect solution to that problem.
Honestly, I don’t think you should play TBCC, you sound like a fair weather player and will likely quit. You aren’t really committed to playing a paladin tank. If you were you’d have been here since phase one.2 Likes Exactly what I’d expect from classic players, I wasn’t playing since last May? Now I’m playing does that mean I shouldn’t play? You need some therapy or touch grass.3 Likes Why do people still ask this every single day? I really have to go poop, should I poop? Blizzards additions and changes (as usual) are stupid but at the end of the day its as close to OG tbc as you can get within a modern framework.
Wrath is also around the corner if that interests you and will fix many issues plaguing TBC right now. Come on in the water’s fine.4 Likes I think most that post these are in fact making a character and are just wording it like a possibility when in reality they have already started.
- They do this for affirmation of their efforts and to glean information they have not yet found themselves to better enjoy their experiences 1 Like This is for you to decide, no one else.
- Your realm (and many others) might be dead but many are still active.
- Some are stacked mega realms.
- It sounds like you should either reroll on a better realm or just boost there.
Best enjoy it while you can because once wrath gets here, crusade will follow classic into obscurity. Oh you mean bringing classic players from 20 different servers and combining it all into one isnt a breeding ground for toxicity? Hmmm Shawynn: I hear the lvl 58 boost turned a lot of people off too.
- Grobbulus if you want an active PvP server that has a large, healthy population.
- Benediction if you want the most massive playerbase the game has ever seen.
- Pagle or Atiesh if you want a decent sized PvE server.
No other server is worth considering for an Alliance character at this point.2 Likes Shawynn: I hear the lvl 58 boost turned a lot of people off too. I can guarantee you that the level 58 boost isn’t why you’re on a dead server. Shawynn: I want to play TBCC, but is it worth it? 100% its worth playing it, especially if you’re going prot paladin.
- Shawynn: Do people even play TBCC? According to the info we have available, at least 300k players are on the TBCC servers.
- My best advice would be either transfer your pally to a more populated server, reroll on a higher pop server, or boost another pally on a different server.
- Shawynn: Do people even play TBCC yes, on the Grobbulus server.1 Like raid log or pvp log most people lose 10 games to get points for the end of season gear thats what tbc is right now.
Netherfury: Exactly what I’d expect from classic players Please stop generalizing. The game is good, play it if you want, no need to ask just try to play it on your own pace and dont rush. If you are in for endgame you might be a little late, but you can still level / tank dungeons while leveling up.
However, the experience of leveling is barely given on non full servers and also on full servers your chat will be spammed by boosters though the general chat in zones mostly offers actual LFM for dungeons with normal people. If you want an epic adventure you need to play at the start of expansions. They are not like vanilla.
They are mostly endgame oriented.1 Like Shawynn: LFM Advice! Heres what you do: Step 1: Go to Ironforge pro and find a server that looks good. Step 2: Log into the Bnet store. Step 3: Buy a transfer to new server. Congrats now you are on your path to enjoying TBCC on the character you wanted.
- Don’t feel bad about the transfer as most of us have already done it at least once before.
- GL 2 Likes bit late to play the game if you just playing because it’s your favorite iteration of a tank, we only have 1 raid left and you’ll be chasing the gear treadmill and struggling to find a guild that doesn’t already have fully geared tanks.1 Like I’ve been playing for a few weeks now and am enjoying it! But, thanks for your bro-psychology diagnosis.
Play on Pagle. World pvp is a meme and a terrible way to get into the game. Pagle. PvE. Cozy game. GG
- recent return myself and its better this time around.
- That great May start they are rememberingwasn’t that great lol.
- What changed for me?
Well I woke up the boosty hunter 62 in TBCC. Release day, release week 1, week 3, week 3was crowded. So many people tagging whole areas. Not fun that. I want to kill mobsbut can’t. grey tagged out. Ask to join group? No! Start group ask to come inNo! And even getting my first ravager in tbcc was fun.
that was several taming attempts. Dudeyou see me taming. there are like 5 other ravagers near here. you can’t go kill them? They kill my tame. Well I guess I got my answer. So that was my 1st month experience. Retail I returned to. Now I am back. and this time with a slower TBCC pop wiseits much better. Saw a few 62-ish folk throughout a 3 hour session.
they worked their side of the field, me mine. Nice that. we all got our xp on no tagging games. editL also helps retail is a dumpster fire. Last time I was going I need to work on retail things. NOwyeah, no. I hopped on retail rogue Saturday. It was after 2nd server dump trying to get into the brawl I said yeahnot looking like retail wants me to play today lol.1 Like : I want to play TBCC, but is it worth it?

Is ELE or enhance better in TBC?
Shamans! Ele or Enh? Which spec is preferred for endgame in TBC? All three Shaman specs are desireable. You might have a hard time finding dungeon groups as anything but a healer-but raiding slots will welcome all three specs.6 Likes Ele DPS is roughly double enhance’s, and nobody wants melee in their dungeon groups. So for dungeons/raids I’d say Ele. But enhance is pretty OP when it comes to solo grinding. In heroics runs specifically, Rsham > Elem > Enha Enhance, master spec. Just don’t roll on my stuffs, mmk.1 Like Definitely would prefer an enhance shaman over an elemental. Elemental lacks haste and has really bad mana issues. Enhance with BIS weapons are monsters. This is referring to pve and not pvp. All specs good. Depends what kind of play style you’re looking for. Can’t speak much for resto. But I played both ele and enhance. Enhance is more fun in my opinion 1 Like I always enjoyed enh. Right now it’s the best melee. If you want to be ele I almost would say go lock or mage. However Totems and bloodlust or hero = spot for raids. I didn’t start liking ele till wrath. If your leveling enh is a lot quicker. If for pvp resto is best for that and good in pve as well. Enh is great for pvp just not arena. It’s a fun BG spec and that’s about it. I wouldn’t ever pvp as ele. Enhc shaman is the only reason why i wanted TBC. It’s so fun in this xpac. What about a hybrid spec; you know, 1/3 enhance,1/3 ele, 1/3 resto? Personally I’ll take chain lightning overload over anything else. It’s cool af.
- Every spec is good
- I would always keep a resto set for heroic spams since it is very easy to get groups as a rsham for heroics
- For raids all specs are needed
I can’t say that I have had mana issues with Elemental (solo or grouped) once I hit 62 & learned Water Shield (& gotten decent crit% for Clearcasting procs). Smooth sailing after that. Leveling 1-58 as a caster in Vanilla world quest/BoE greens involved a lot of drinking, however.
I’ve been 70 for about 1-2 weeks now, even though my Avatar doesn’t reflect it yet on the forums. Konway: Ele DPS is roughly double enhance’s, and nobody wants melee in their dungeon groups. So for dungeons/raids I’d say Ele. But melee groups will ignore your gear and pick you just for WF Konway: Ele DPS is roughly double enhance’s, and nobody wants melee in their dungeon groups.
So for dungeons/raids I’d say Ele. Ele damage without gear is still so solid, no doubt. With gear, its also pumping. That said, I actually enjoy the Twisting and Shocks, and melee has always been where I used to play. Both specs are pretty good. I wouldn’t worry about finding dungeon groups unless you’re on a small server.
- 100% false rofl.
- Enhance out performs ele, it is close though, but enhance is definitely ahead.
- Most guilds would love a good enhance who totem twists in their raid.
- I mean his numbers are way off.
- Literally a 5 second log search shows how wrong he is.
- Enhance does more dps than ele.
Drinknblink: Enhance out performs ele, it is close though, but enhance is definitely ahead. In early gear? No. Ele does way more. Anyway, this game is really simply melee unfriendly and it’s more chill and easy to stay at range : Shamans! Ele or Enh?

Is there a DPS dummy in TBC?
I just want training dummies Only change i want. I cant think of any negative impact in game. I just like them for setting up weak auras and ui 15 Likes You get outta here with your WotLK heresy!! J/k, compared to some of the rumored changes we’ve been hearing I’d welcome training dummies.3 Likes but but but, Retail has training dummies.
If training dummies were added to TBC, that’d mean TBC = RETAIL ( I am very smart, if you couldn’t tell ) 7 Likes :OOOOO Blasphemy!! If you include any minor thing retail has, the game will be ruined!!!1111 please yes give me training dummies the only change I actually care about. There is a training dummy in TBC, he’s called Dr Boom and only ranged can use it.
If he’s up.7 Likes Training dummies will destroy the Classic Community.9 Likes Training dummies ruined wow get out of here with your retail garbage.5 Likes Go back to retail you retail Andy! 1 Like That would be a very welcoming change. No training dummies.
I mean, you can try, but they’re too stupid to be trained.8 Likes was watching videos of melee trying to use him and dance around the bombs, lol I honestly thought training dummies did exist in TBC. Didn’t realize they were a WoTLK change. Normally am against any change but I can’t think of any negative impact of this one so I’d be fine with it 2 Likes This will be great to have for new players to work on their own rotations before going into Heroics and even Raids.
It will allow us to coach our friends on how they should approach their specs. Net Positive! #somechanges 1 Like 100 percent the same I as shocked to find out they where not part of tbc. Anotherwun: This will be great to have for new players to work on their own rotations before going into Heroics and even Raids.
It will allow us to coach our friends on how they should approach their specs. Net Positive! #somechanges Even for beta testing right now. Pallies could seal twist for 30 mins straight and log all of that data Mysteeks: I cant think of any negative impact in game there WILL be a negative impact in game never underestimate the sweaty ones Mysteeks: I just like them for setting up weak auras and ui Just buy a low-level white weapon and find an elite to pound on.
With their mindset of changes Give it to engineering, a pop up dummy. Gnome cut out/Gobling cut out on a spring depending on the eng spec : I just want training dummies

Stormstrike —Instantly attack with both weapons. In addition, the next 2 sources of Nature damage dealt to the target are increased by 20%. Lasts 12 sec.
Since Enhancement Shamans can now dual wield, Stormstrike has been updated so that it strikes with both weapons. New abilities & talents
Bloodlust —Probably the most significant addition to the Shaman spellbook is Bloodlust! This spell is going to be expansion defining, it gives you and your party a large amount of haste. Water Shield —Water Shield is a great new ability for shamans, you get passive mana regen and restore bulk mana when struck. Fire Elemental Totem —This totem summons a powerful fire elemental that does strong AoE damage. Earth Elemental Totem —This totem summons an earth elemental that will try to tank nearby mobs. Wrath of Air Totem —A new air totem that increases you and your party’s spell power. Shamanistic Rage —The 41 point Enhancement talent gives you damage reduction and a burst of mana regen.
Enhancement Shaman gets a nice set of new talents and abilities for TBCC which makes them a very potent DPS/utility hybrid. Water Shield and Shamanistic Rage really help you with any mana issues you might have, Bloodlust makes you an even more valuable bring to the raid than before, and Fire Elemental Totem and Earth Elemental Totem are two strong new cooldowns that can be powerful in the right situations.
Enhancement Shaman DPS are extremely viable in TBC because of the amount of utility that they bring to the raid. You will be in the melee group so you’ll be bringing Windfury Totem and with level 70 you’ll have access to Bloodlust, Shamans are all about the various buffs that they bring to their party in the form of totems, things like Windfury Totem enable other classes to properly play the game (such as warriors and rogues).
Totems can either provide static buffs like Strength of Earth or they can provide on the spot utility like Tremor Totem, Bloodlust and Heroism deserve their own section because they really do warp the game in a way that wasn’t present in Classic World of Warcraft, this cooldown will be a major focus for raiding in TBC and it definitely makes the Shaman one of the best classes in TBCC.
Like all melee classes, the Enhancement Shaman is going to suffer from the same reliance on gear and weapons that other melee classes face. It’s worth going the blacksmithing profession simply to guarantee you can get your hands on a good weapon such as Dragonmaw, Shamans have probably the highest skill ceiling because they have so many high-impact buttons to press, if you use the wrong totems at the wrong time your group can be at a major deficit and if you use your cooldowns incorrectly you can wind up wasting them.
Playing the Shaman comes with a lot of personal responsibility and it’s not another melee class that gets to tunnel the boss with reckless abandon. Enhancement Shamans have mana but, they have a lot of tools to help them essentially give them an unlimited supply of mana, if you use Water Shield and Shamanistic Rage correctly you will never run oom.
Shamans have four totems, one for each element (Earth, Fire, Water, and Air), that grant their party a benefit. Totems can provide stats like strength, agility, and spell power or they can provide benefits like breaking fear or slowing enemies.AllianceDraenei are the only race on Alliance that can be ShamansHorde Orc is the best race for Enhancement Shaman DPS on Horde: They get Axe Specialization which is a very strong racial if you’re able to use axes and take advantage of it, and Blood Fury is a 2 minute cooldown that increases your attack power.
For PVE there really isn’t another race close for Horde in terms of DPS. Human Shamans cannot choose Human for their race. Dwarf
Find Treasure : Allows the dwarf to sense nearby treasure, making it appear on the minimap. Frost Resistance : Increases Frost Resistance by 10. Gun Specialization : Your chance to critically hit with Guns is increased by 1%. Stoneform : While active, grants immunity to Bleed, Poison, and Disease effects. In addition, Armor increased by 10%. Lasts 8 sec.
Shaman cannot choose Dwarf for their race. Night Elf
Nature Resistance : Nature Resistance increased by 10. Wisp Spirit : Transform into a wisp upon death, increasing movement speed by 50%. Quickness : Dodge chance increased by 1%. Shadowmeld : Activate to slip into the shadows, reducing the chance for enemies to detect your presence. Lasts until cancelled or upon moving. Night Elf Rogues and Druids with Shadowmeld are more difficult to detect while stealthed or prowling.
Shaman cannot choose Dwarf for their race. Gnome Shaman cannot choose Gnome for their race. Draenei Unfortunately for Enhancement Shamans, all Shamans get Inspiring Presence regardless of their spec, Draenei is the only choice you have for Alliance. Orc
Axe Specialization – Expertise with Axes and Two-Handed Axes increased by 5. Hardiness – Chance to resist Stun effects increased by an additional 15%. Command – Damage dealt by Hunter and Warlock pets increased by 5%. Blood Fury – Increases attack power by 6 for 15 sec and reduces healing effects on you by 50% for 15 sec. Warrior, Hunter, Rogue Blood Fury – Increases melee attack power by 6 and your damage and healing from spells and effects by up to 5, but reduces healing effects on you by 50%. Lasts 15 sec. Shaman Blood Fury – Increases your damage and healing from spells and effects by up to 5, but reduces healing effects on you by 50%. Lasts 15 sec. Warlock
Orcs are the only race on Horde that have a weapon specialization racial, Orcs get 5 expertise when using axes which if you plan around accordingly can give you a strong dps boost. Orcs also get Blood Fury which is a damage cooldown that increases your attack power and spell damage for 15 seconds on a 2 minute cooldown but, this cooldown also reduces the healing you receive by 50%. Undead
Cannibalize : When activated, regenerates 7% of total health every 2 sec for 10 sec. Only works on Humanoid or Undead corpses within 5 yds. Any movement, action, or damage taken while Cannibalizing will cancel the effect. Shadow Resistance : Shadow Resistance increased by 10. Underwater Breathing : Underwater breath lasts 300% longer than normal. Will of the Forsaken : Provides immunity to Charm, Fear and Sleep while active. May also be used while already afflicted by Charm, Fear or Sleep. Lasts 5 sec.
Shaman cannot choose Undead as their race. Tauren Tauren is one of the best races for Shamans on Horde: Endurance and War Stomp are both respectable racials for PVE and PVP but, Tauren also have very large hitboxes allowing them to melee (and be meleed back) from further away. Tauren is a solid choice, especially if you plan on PVPing. Troll
Beast Slaying : Damage dealt versus Beasts increased by 5%. Berserking : Increases your casting and attack speed by 10% to 30%. At full health, the speed increase is 10% with a greater effect up to 30% if you are badly hurt when you activate Berserking. Lasts 10 sec. Bow Specialization : Your chance to critically hit with Bows is increased by 1%. (Was Weapon Skill in Classic) Regeneration : Health regeneration rate increased by 10%.10% of total Health regeneration may continue during combat. Throwing Specialization : Your chance to critically hit with Throwing Weapons is increased by 1%. (Was Weapon Skill in Classic)
Troll is picked almost entirely based upon how much you Value the Berserking cooldown, Berserking can increase your haste by 10-30% increasing with missing health. Troll is a decent option but, it’s not the best. Blood Elf
Arcane Affinity : Enchanting skill increased by 10. Magic Resistance : All resistances increased by 5. Mana Tap : Reduces target’s mana by 50 and charges you with Arcane energy for 10 min. This effect stacks up to 3 times. Arcane Torrent : Silence all enemies within 8 yards for 2 sec. In addition, you gain 10 Mana for each Mana Tap charge currently affecting you. Paladin, Hunter, Priest, Mage, Warlock Arcane Torrent : Silence all enemies within 8 yards for 2 sec. In addition, you gain 10 Energy for each Mana Tap charge currently affecting you. Rogue
Blood Elves cannot be Shamans. The Elemental talent tree for shamans is the spellcaster / spell damage specialization for the class and is a very viable spec in it’s own right. Totem of Wrath is amazing for spellcaster groups and essentially makes the specialization viable! As an Enhancement Shaman you won’t be spending many points in this tree as you’ll be spending most of your points in the other two trees.
- Enhancement is the melee DPS specialization for Shamans, all of the talents are about enhancing your prowess with physical attacks.
- Your signature ability is Stormstrike and most of your damage comes from this and Windfury Weapon,
- For Enhancement mains you’ll be going all the way down to Shamanistic Rage and be picking up all of the surrounding good talents.
In TBC it’s a very complete spec and the talent tree gives you all the tools needed to be successful in raids. Restoration is the healing and utility tree for shamans, in TBC the 41 point talent is Earth Shield, From an Enhancement point of view we are looking at the Restoration tree purely to get Totemic Mastery and Nature’s Guidance which are both huge quality of life gains for Enhancement Shamans.
This is the cookie cutter spec for Enhancement Shaman DPS and there’s essentially only 2 talent points you could possibly look to change in this spec. You can take 2 points in Improved Reincarnation if you don’t find the 2 points in Concussion to be important. Other than this you don’t really have any points you can free up and move.
Blacksmithing, and specifically hammersmithing, is nice to have on Enhancement, as it gives you access to a great weapon in the form of Dragonmaw, which can also be dual-wielded. The Shaman is most likely going to be responsible for bringing Greater Drums of Battle to their group, since you are already providing a lot of utility for the raid you might as well pick up leatherworking for some extra party haste.

Is balance good in TBC?
Introduction –
- Druids are the only class in the game capable of fulling all four roles:,, ranged DPS, and,
- While only tank is considered a top tier spec, Balance brings powerful buffs and debuffs to a raid, Restoration is the most mana-efficient healer and excellent in PvP and small groups, while melee DPS is the only spec in the game that can tank and DPS at maximum efficiency with the same talents.
- Balance Druids, also known as Boomkins, bring average DPS and powerful buffs ( Innervate ) and debuffs ( Improved Faerie Fire ) to their groups.
- They are not the best specialization to stack, but having at least one is next to mandatory for an efficient raid, and they can pull their weight on dungeons as well.
In PvP Druids are kings, and Balance is no exception. They offer strong damage, healing and control, most of which is instant cast. They can kite and remove slows and roots from themselves constantly with their shapeshifts and are one of the best Arena classes, especially in the smaller brackets.

Why are hunters so good in TBC?
In TBC, the hunter came into its own, providing strong raid buffs and extremely high DPS. Relying on a pet and ranged shots to deal damage, the Hunter is versatile and will top the meters throughout most of the expansion, only to be challenged in late T6 and onward by Shadow-Destruction Warlocks.
- This guide will cover Beast Mastery and Survival, as Marksmanship is limited in it’s use for PvE scenarios.
- As a hunter in a raid environment it’s all about maximizing your DPS while keeping your pet alive.
- Something to keep in mind: you will have 3-4 other hunters in your raid, and thus, you should be prepared to share loot with your eagle-eyed comrades.
You will be one of the most played classes in the game and most of your BiS loot for several phases comes from dungeons. Be ready to have difficulty finding groups for certain high-value dungeons and competing for low drop rate items with other hunters.
- But if you are tenacious enough to build your own groups, work with your guildmates, and help others in return for helping you, you’ll get the gear you need to be an absolute monster DPS in raids.
- This guide is written from scratch by Dragynfire, who raided with Hellscream Marauders on his hunter, Dragynphyre, on the Twisting Nether Server (NA).
Throughout his tenure on Twisting Nether, Dragyn was the Top DPS player on the server through Sunwell. In WoTLK, Dragynphyre achieved multiple top 50 DPS in ICC and was generally considered one of, if not the best hunter on Twisting Nether (NA). If you have any questions about this guide, feel free to ask me directly on Discord at Dragynfire#1137.

Which Hunter pet is best for DPS TBC?
Pet Recommendations for Hunters – For leveling, the most important thing is to have a pet that can use two abilities to spend its focus on. If your pet only has one ability, such as a crab having Claw, you are missing out on potential damage and threat from your pet.
Cats (Bite and Claw), Owls (Claw and Screech), and Raptors (Bite and Claw) are all great choices that you can pick up early on, depending on your starting zone. The above recommendations specifically only apply to Hunters while leveling from 10-61. At level 61, all Hunters will have access to the Ravagers in Outlands, specifically the level 62-63 Quillfang Skitterers in Hellfire Peninsula.
Ravagers are the best PvE pets for both leveling and damage output early on in TBC. They have strong DPS stats, but most importantly have the unique ability Gore, which is an incredibly strong focus dump. At Level 70, you will still use your Ravager to start.

What is the 5 5 1 1 Hunter rotation?
The French Rotation (5:5:1:1) – A variation of the TBC-theorycrafted 1:1.5, the French rotation uses the difference in GCD and cast time of Multi-Shot and Arcane Shot to pack more casts into a short space of time than for eWS ranging from 2.8 -> 1.8. It diverges from 1:1.5 in that it repeats twice and then is followed by 1:1 to allow multi to come off of CD. auto – steady – multi auto – steady auto – steady – arcane auto – steady auto – steady This will be BM and SV’s bread and butter rotations when not under any haste effects beyond quiver and BM haste.

Should I level as enhancement or elemental?
The two preferred leveling specs are either Elemental or Enhancement. There are two main factors that will determine your choice: gear and play style. Enhancement is mostly a melee DPS class with higher gear dependency, and Elemental is a ranged caster DPS spec that’s more forgiving of less-than-perfect gear.

Enhancement is the melee DPS specialization for Shamans, all of the talents are about enhancing your prowess with physical attacks. Your signature ability is Stormstrike and most of your damage comes from this and Windfury Weapon, For Enhancement mains you’ll be going all the way down to Shamanistic Rage and be picking up all of the surrounding good talents.
- This is the cookie cutter spec for Enhancement Shaman DPS and there’s essentially only 2 talent points you could possibly look to change in this spec.
- You can take 2 points in Improved Reincarnation if you don’t find the 2 points in Concussion to be important.
- Other than this you don’t really have any points you can free up and move.

Is elemental or enhancement better for leveling TBC?
The two preferred leveling specs are either Elemental or Enhancement. There are two main factors that will determine your choice: gear and play style. Enhancement is mostly a melee DPS class with higher gear dependency, and Elemental is a ranged caster DPS spec that’s more forgiving of less-than-perfect gear.

What classes are most needed in TBC?
Most wanted class/spec in TBC Classic (PvE)?
- What will be the most wanted/needed class/spec in TBC Classic’s raids ?
- I mean, the class that have a higher chance to find a slot in the raids ?
- Some OP classes like Hunter/Shadow priest or druid will be needed in raid but it look like they’ll be overplayed
Warlock and Hunters for big deeps. Shaman and paladin for buffs. Shadow priest for mana. I’ll play hunter like I always have. Don’t care if there will be more of them now. I believe a lot of people will find the micromanagement, ammo, pet food, rotation and “mediocre/difficult PvP life” off-putting.
I think there will be more fury warriors and rogues than we think, since people will realise that the doomsayers are wrong about the potential of these two dps classes in raids.1 Like Sandy: I mean, the class that have a higher chance to find a slot in the raids ? Anyone that wants to come to raid, has some gear and know which buttons to press.
Alliance will need lots of shamans, while Horde will want some Paladins. Aside of that each class can find a spot. Meme-meta would stack warlocks and hunters by a lot but gearing that will be a nightmare and lots of rage quits. Sandy: Some OP classes like Hunter/Shadow priest or druid will be needed in raid but it look like they’ll be overplayed Druid isn’t that popular, shadow priest is a mana battery so few are nice 1 Like
- Kill teams: destro locks / bm hunters Support kill teams: ele sham / balance druid / shadow priest Heal team: resto sham / druid
- Panzer team: prot war / feral druid
- That’s what we roll ^^
- Easy answer to this question:
- Shamans – you’ll find people wanting a Shaman in each group to make use of Bloodlust/Heroism and totems and Resto Shamans are the absolute best group healers.
- Warlocks/Hunters for DPS as players will stack these knowing they have the highest damage potential in TBC.
- Not worth mentioning Tanks as you’ll only bring 2-3.
- If you want a class that will not have a problem finding a raid spot I still stand with Shaman being that class.
2 Likes If you want an easy spot go shaman. If you want a guaranteed spot go dranei shaman. There will be never enough shamans. This topic was automatically closed 60 days after the last reply. New replies are no longer allowed. : Most wanted class/spec in TBC Classic (PvE)?
